CUSTOMER SERVICE

INDUSTRIAL PRINT & LABELS CORP. has a full service bilingual customer service department staffed by four customer service representatives. Your customer service specialist will be responsible for all order entry, follow-up and communication between your company, IP&L sales, graphics and production. By having a central communication point, we can better respond to all inquires and ensure consistent and timely responses. Also, we are able to maintain a higher level of accuracy and quality throughout the order process.

Our Customer Service specialists use a computerized tracking system to monitor your order, from order entry to shipping. We can let you know where your order is at any given time, should you need to expedite an order, the necessary changes can be made immediately.

QUALITY CONTROL / ISO 9001

At INDUSTRIAL PRINT & LABELS CORP., one of our goals for this year is to obtain ISO Certification. Our management team has attended training classes in conjunction with The University of Texas at El Paso and the Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center and has been charged with the implementation of necessary procedures and documentation.

As our Mission Statement indicates, we are committed to quality: therefore, our Quality Control is responsible for ensuring that every order that is shipped has been produced to comply to specifications and in keeping with customer’s requirements. One of the objectives for the ISO training and documentation is to update and refine our current quality control procedures.

At IP&L we believe that quality is the cornerstone of our success and as such, quality control is a priority that is constantly being reviewed and refined to meet our customer’s expectations and demand for a quality product.

“JUST IN TIME PROGRAM”

INDUSTRIAL PRINT & LABELS CORP. is happy to offer our “Justin Time” Program. By participating in this program, IP&L will maintain an inventory of your designated product in specified quantities for up to three months. By having your inventory available, you will be better able to respond to any “hot” orders by pulling product from inventory as needed. As your inventory levels drop; IP&L will produce and restock your product to maintain the inventory levels you specified. Not only can we maintain your inventory we can also accommodate new orders.
